To provide support for home schooling families in several areas: instructional and moral support for parents, Standardized Achievement Testing (Spring), attendance and standardized testing result record keeping, legislative information, and other resources as developed by the academy.
Shema Christian Academy originated with the conviction that God holds parents ultimately responsible for the education and spiritual training of our children. We chose the name "Shema" (referring to the Shema - Deuteronomy 6:4-5) because of our common belief in the inerrant word of God as the basis for all education.
